How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

North America - USA, Canada & Mexico

Can I see where my parcel is?

Goods are always sent with a track & trace. If you'd like to follow/track your parcel, and didn’t receive your T&T code, please e-mail me @[email protected]

Import Duties

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. We are not responsible for these costs and/or fees.

What happens when my parcel is damaged or faulty?

If the shopowner is at fault, for example if your item is sent in error (wrong item, wrong quantity etc.) the shop will cover shipping return and/or exchange charges.

Please note that the shop is not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by PostNL or any other shipping service. If you experience any damages, losses or other issues with shipping, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order. I will see if there is anything I can do to help.

Insured shipping

Want to be sure your parcel is safe? Please reach out to me via e-mail for insured shipping and we can make this happen!

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns up to 10 days after you have received your item. Your item must be unworn, unused and in the condition it arrived in. To request a return, contact [email protected] with the details of your order and the reason for requesting a return. Please note that if you wish to exchange your item, it is not guaranteed we will have the new item in stock.

There are no refunds or exchange on Sale items (unless faulty).

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and making sure the parcel arrives safely back at the studio. I recommend that you choose a shipping option that provides tracking code.
